I write the shortest of stories. Stories that wouldn’t make it into a book. They may not be pleasant, sometimes. I aim to leave you feeling, thinking. My poetry is about making a point. Forming pictures in your mind through words that make patterns in your head. Find ways of conveying the tiniest of sensations so that they transfer onto another body, just momentarily. Empathy can be projected. Just listen to the words. Let them flood your body. Senses take over and you are transported. The point is to think. Share what cannot be shared. Each piece has multiple meanings. It’s up to you to find your own. It’s time to break out and share what we know. Using language to scatter the seeds of change. My writing is not a statement. It is me.
